Conclusion of agreement
A legally binding agreement between you and Diving 2000 is only concluded when you receive an order invoice by e-mail. Until you receive an order invoice, Diving 2000 is entitled to cancel your order in whole or in part, for example, as a result of price and typos or sold-out items, and if this happens, you will of course be notified.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day cooling-off period on the goods from the day they are received.
If you choose to cancel a purchase you have 30 days to notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase by mail, phone or similar. In your notice, please make us aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot undo by simply refusing receipt of the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. Your order must be returned without undue delay and no later than 30 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the delivery of the goods, and upon return you are responsible for the goods being properly packed.
On our offer item and remaining lots, we reserve the right to only give 14 days return. This applies to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Singles Day, January sales and other sales.
Condition of the item when you ship it back: You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the item; in other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will receive only part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item. In order to receive the full amount of the purchase, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the item, but you cannot use it in real use.
Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. The cost of the return must be borne by you. For practical details see the item ''

Upon cancellation, the purchase price is refunded with the amount of freight to the customer. (total amount transferred)

Warrenty
Diving 2000 provides 2 years of warranty under the Danish Purchase Act, including manufacturing and material defects found during the normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interference. Complaints about defects and defects that should be discovered by usual examination of the item must be notified to Diving 2000 within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or by agreement, or credit. In the case of complaints, Diving 2000 shall incur return costs to a reasonable extent.
Complaint and event rotation

Returning is also at this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent per demand. Returns can also be done by handing the item in person with us. It is not a requirement, but the processing is facilitated if adequate information follows the package - e.g. copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number for bank account to which reimbursement can be made, copy of any prior correspondence, etc.
Refund
In the case of agreed decards, returned goods or prepaid goods that are cancelled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are usually always by bank transfer, and Diving 2000 therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and may be easily disclosed by email or other traditional form of correspondence.

No personal information recorded at Diving 2000 A/S will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored in a secure manner and is only available to trusted employees of Diving 2000 A/S.
In connection with any electronic payment, a secure encrypted method is used through the Webshop system. It is an approved provider with the approval of the E-brand.
The shop system uses so-called cookies to control the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is just the term for a file stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to store your own address information for the next visit. If you wish to delete this information at a later date, this can be done through the browser settings. For example, in Internet Explorer, this is done through the "Tools" menu and the "Internet Options" menu item.
During a purchase, we ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is used solely for the processing of the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in an unencrypted form and stored for 5 years. The "contract" itself (the purchase agreement) is not stored at Diving 2000 in such a way that you can later log in and view/change the status.
In addition, we record the IP address from which any purchases are made. The information usually does not apply, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All false orders are reported to the police!
You can also optionally have your email address recorded on a mailing list at Diving 2000 A/S, so that you receive news and other information from Diving 2000 A/S on an ongoing basis. This service can be registered and unsubscribed at any time.
The Danish Personal Data Act informs us at the request of registered information and based on any objections, we will delete as requested.
Diving 2000 A/S is the data controller. The Director and sales staff of Diving 2000 A/S have access to the information that is recorded about you.
Registration of IP address
Your visit to Diving 2000 A/S is recorded in a log file. The logs are only used for statistical purposes and give us a statistical picture of the number of visitors and which country they come from.
Diving 2000 A/S uses log statistics to optimize the website and its functionalities and to increase the usability of the site.
