This Mares Juno mask is good for big kids and people with narrow faces.
Do you want to see everything underwater? Then this is the mask you should choose. Thanks to the very large front glass.

We recommend

  • this mask for diving/snorkeling/beginners going on vacation.
  • Better quality, which can stay watertight for many years.
  • Silicone mask is the strongest material that will never become hard and therefore leak.
  • Masks that have available spare parts (buckles, new strap)
  • You are better protected to have good experiences (without water in your eyes!)
  • This mask is free from dangerous softening agents such as PVC and phthalates.

General advice about diving masks:

The first test you should do is to put the mask on your face, without putting the strap behind your head, and then inhale through your nose. The mask should now stay in place on your head. At the same time, pay attention to whether the mask causes any discomfort, typically under the nose or on the bridge of the nose.
Once you have purchased your mask, the first thing you should do is take toothpaste and apply a layer on the inside of the lenses and then rub it around thoroughly. This is done to remove the film that the manufacturer has applied to prevent scratches on the glass before the mask is sold. Remember to rinse well with fresh water afterwards. If you do not perform this small procedure on your mask, you can be certain that you will have "fogged-up windows" for the rest of the mask's lifespan.

Maintenance after diving

For the best maintenance of your mask, it is important to rinse it thoroughly in fresh water after each dive.
You can periodically wash it in a mild soap solution and a bit of Rodalon to remove bacteria that can cause mold in the skirt.
Always make sure to dry your mask before storing it safely in a plastic box, which can be purchased below.
